1. 適用
本規約は、レシポケ（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めます。本アプリを利用することで、本規約およびAppleの標準エンドユーザ使用許諾契約に同意したものとみなします。

2. 本アプリの機能
本アプリは、レシート画像の保存、文字認識、整理、注釈、書き出し、および任意のクラウド解析・Google Drive同期を支援します。認識結果や分類結果の正確性、税務・会計上の適合性を保証しません。重要な提出や記帳の前に、原本と内容を確認してください。

3. データとバックアップ
基本データは端末内に保存されます。アプリの削除、端末の故障、OSの操作などにより失われる場合があります。必要なデータは利用者の責任でバックアップまたは書き出してください。Google Drive同期を無効化した場合や本アプリ内で削除した場合も、Drive上の複製は自動削除されません。

4. 外部サービス
任意機能としてGoogle Drive、Cloudflare Workers / Workers AIを利用し、広告と同意管理にGoogle AdMob / User Messaging Platformを利用します。各サービスの利用には各提供者の規約とプライバシーポリシーも適用されます。画像解析対応版では、利用者が送信内容と送信先を確認して同意した場合に、クラウド解析を有効にします。有効時は各解析で縮小した領収書画像と読み取った文字をCloudflareへ送信します。店名、購入商品、金額、住所、登録番号などが含まれる場合があります。合計などが不明な場合は、追加のAIモデルで確認することがあります。AI仕分けでは対象フォルダの名前・説明・識別子も送信します。

処理と費用・稼働状況の確認にはCloudflare Workers、Workers AI、および必要に応じてAI Gatewayを使用します。運営側は送信画像・文字・解析結果をサーバーのログやキャッシュに保存せず、利用量と内容を含まない診断情報を記録します。外部サービスによる処理には各提供者のポリシーが適用されます。設定でクラウド解析をオフにすると、新たな解析データの送信を停止します。送信済みの処理は取り消せない場合があります。同意しなくても端末内のスキャン、保存、整理、手入力を利用できます。旧版はOCRの文字のみを送信します。詳しい取扱いはプライバシーポリシーを確認してください。

プランと自動更新
無料プランのAI解析は月30枚、Proは月300枚です。日本時間の毎月1日0時に更新し、未使用分は繰り越しません。同じ画像の再解析と失敗は追加で数えません。AI仕分けはレシートの月次枚数に含めません。不正利用や短時間の集中アクセスには別途制限があります。上限後も端末内OCR、保存、手入力を使えます。Proでは広告を表示しません。
Proは月額または年額の自動更新サブスクリプションです。価格と期間は購入画面にApp Storeの現地価格で表示します。購入確認時にApple Accountへ請求され、更新の24時間以上前に解約しない限り自動更新されます。購入・解約・返金はAppleの仕組みで管理します。解約後も期間終了までは利用でき、保存済み資料の閲覧・整理・基本の書き出しは継続できます。Apple標準EULAが適用されます。

5. 禁止事項
法令または第三者の権利を侵害する利用、サービスの妨害、不正アクセス、解析機能への有害な入力、その他運営を妨げる行為を禁止します。

6. 変更・停止
品質、安全性、法令対応その他の理由により、本アプリの機能や本規約を変更し、または提供を停止する場合があります。重要な変更は公開ページの更新により通知します。

7. 免責・責任
法令で認められる範囲で、本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。利用者の入力、認識結果、外部サービス、通信障害、データ消失に起因する損害について、運営者は故意または重過失がある場合を除き責任を負いません。消費者契約法その他の強行法規により制限できない権利は妨げません。

8. 準拠法
本規約は日本法に準拠します。

1. Scope
These terms govern your use of ReceiptPocket (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these terms and Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement.

2. App functions
The App helps you store, recognize, organize, annotate, and export receipt images and optionally use cloud analysis and Google Drive sync. Recognition and categorization may contain errors and are not guaranteed to satisfy accounting or tax requirements. Check the original receipt before important submissions or bookkeeping.

3. Data and backups
Core data is stored on your device and may be lost if the App is removed, the device fails, or the operating system modifies storage. You are responsible for backups and exports. Disabling Google Drive sync or deleting an item in the App does not automatically delete its Drive copy.

4. Third-party services
Optional features use Google Drive and Cloudflare Workers / Workers AI. Advertising and consent management use Google AdMob / User Messaging Platform. The providers’ terms and privacy policies also apply. In image-analysis versions, cloud analysis is enabled only after you review and explicitly agree to the data and recipient disclosure. Each analysis then sends a resized receipt image and recognized text to Cloudflare. These may include merchant names, purchases, amounts, addresses, and registration numbers. Additional AI models may review unresolved fields. AI folder sorting also sends target folder names, descriptions, and identifiers.

Cloudflare Workers, Workers AI, and, where configured, AI Gateway process analysis and support usage and reliability monitoring. The operator does not persist submitted images, text, or analysis results in server logs or caches; usage metrics and content-free diagnostics are recorded. Providers process requests under their own policies. Turn off cloud analysis in settings to stop new analysis-data transmissions. Requests already sent may complete. You can scan, save, organize, and manually edit receipts on device without consenting. Older versions send OCR text only. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Plans and auto-renewal
Free includes 30 AI-analyzed receipts per month; Pro includes 300 and removes ads. Limits reset at midnight Japan time on the first of each month, with no rollover. Reanalyzing the same image and failed requests do not consume additional receipts. AI folder sorting does not consume this allowance. Separate short-term abuse limits apply. On-device OCR, saving, and manual editing remain available after the allowance is exhausted.
Pro is an auto-renewable monthly or yearly subscription. The App Store's localized price and billing period are shown before purchase. Your Apple Account is charged upon purchase confirmation. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Manage subscriptions and refund requests through Apple. Cancellation preserves access until the paid period ends; viewing, organizing, and basic export of stored receipts remain available thereafter. Apple's Standard EULA applies.

5. Prohibited conduct
You may not violate laws or third-party rights, disrupt services, gain unauthorized access, submit harmful content to analysis services, or otherwise interfere with operation of the App.

6. Changes and discontinuation
Features or these terms may change, or service may stop, for quality, safety, legal, or operational reasons. Material changes will be reflected on this public page.

7. Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided as is. The operator is not liable for loss arising from user input, recognition results, third-party services, connectivity, or data loss except in cases of intent or gross negligence. Rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
